Signing up with CertiQ is possible under the condition that your company has an office in the Netherlands in which trading activities take place. This office's registration number of the Chamber of Commerce, as well as its address should be used for registration.

Follow these steps to register at CertiQ

1. Fill in the traders' registration form (available in Dutch only).
2. Print and sign it before postıng it to CertiQ.
3. You will then receive a Trader's Participation Contract and an E-Certificate Execution Scheme.
4. Sign the participation agreement, initialling each page, and return it within 30 days, along with recent copies of your registration with the Chamber of Commerce and of your personal ID.

CertiQ enters the agreement and data you have sent in its systems. In addition we inform TenneT TSO BV that a telecom connection must be established. TenneT will contact you about this.

The participation agreement is registered on receipt. We reserve the right to cancel your registration if all of the required documents have not been received within thirty days. In that case, you will need to apply again.

When the token card is ready, CertiQ will contact you to make an appointment to bring this to you. You will also receive a manual for the token card and the E-Certificate system.
