You can notify CertiQ if changes need to be made, in case your situation has changed

Please select one of the changes you want to make below

I want to change my contact details

You can make changes yourself in MyCertiQ by clicking on the three dots at the top right of the MyCertiQ screen.

The following two changes cannot be made by yourself in MyCertiQ:
1. If you want to change your bank details, you can send an email to servicedesk@verticer.eu.

2. A change in KvK-number, iDIN registration number or OWN IDP registration details is viewed as a takeover by CertiQ. You will have to deregister and reregister your production installation for this. You can do this via the homepage.

I want to change my production installation details

If your production installation has been registered at CertiQ, and the details have been changed, you need to register your production installation again. Subsequently, your grid operator will check your registration again.

If the production installation details turn out to be wrong after registration, please contact your grid operator. If your grid operator already has send your measurement data, then the changes will be implemented the first day of the next month.

I have moved and am leaving my production installation behind

1. If you are taking over or transfer the right of subsidy, please contact Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland.

2.
As the current owner, you must deregister your production installation yourself via 'I want to deregister my installation' on the homepage. You must deregister the production installation that has the status 'approved' in MyCertiQ. More information about deregistration can be found in the Producer manual under 'Documents'. As soon as the deregistration is complete, the new owner can register the production installation again.

To do this, the new owner must first register with CertiQ via the homepage. If the new owner is already registered as owner of a production installation, the installation can be registered directly with CertiQ via the homepage.

3. After the new registration has been processed by the grid operator, CertiQ will send a confirmation to the new owner.

Taking over thermal energy-, biomass installations or waste incineration plants
When you are taking over a biomass installation or a waste incineration plant, we advise you to check the risk with the takeover. There could be special circumstances that could have influence in the coming years. You are bound to do sufficient research yourself at takeover or handover of the production installation. CertiQ nor TenneT can be held in any way accountable for damage that has been ensued from the takeover or handover of the installation.

After taking over a biomass installation, you are responsible for handing in reports of the previous calendar years within the corresponding deadline. Only this way you can prevent that the corresponding number of GOs will be deducted.

After taking over a waste incineration plant, you are responsible for handing in measurement reports of the previous month that have not been submitted yet within the given deadline. Only this way you can prevent that the weighted return will be deducted and consequently that the number of GOs will be deducted.

Be aware! If it concerns a heat installation, you can send an email to servicedesk@certiq.nl, stating 'Takeover heat installation'. You will then receive a takeover form participant agreement which you must return fully completed and signed.

I am the new owner of a production installation

1. If you are taking over or transfer the right of subsidy, please contact Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland.

2. The previous owner must deregister the electricity production installation himself via 'I want to deregister my production installation' on the home page. You can then register the electricity installation again as the new owner.

3. After the new registration has been processed by the grid operator, CertiQ will send you a confirmation.

In the event of a takeover due to death, bankruptcy, receivership, etc.:
Send an email to servicedesk@verticer.eu stating: 'takeover form' and state the reason for the takeover. You will then receive a document via a secure link that you must complete and information about what you must submit. You then send the requested information back via email in the secure link. The secure link is in the name of TenneT, the parent company of CertiQ. The documents you send are only accessible to CertiQ.
