Multiple types of fuel type certificates can be used for a withdrawal request and foreign GO's cannot be used for withdrawl requests

As of release 4.64, several types of fuel type certificates can be used for a withdrawal request.

If CertiQ receives corrections to measured values for which certificates have already been issued and are on a trader's account, it may happen that a withdrawal request is created if too many certificates have been issued. In the trading portal, the trader will find these requests in the “collections” menu and then in the “withdrawal requests” heading. Until now, the degrees of freedom that traders had to comply with a request were sometimes too limited, so that not all requests could be granted. That is why CertiQ has reduced these restrictions, but we will continue to ensure the correct implementation of laws and regulations (and therefore also the information on the 'Stroometiket').

The extension makes it possible to use several types of fuel type certificates to comply with a withdrawal request. MyCertiQ has adapted to this and will automatically ensure that these new rules are applied when the merchant makes a withdrawal request. Traders who want a detailed overview of the rules surrounding withdrawal requests can find it in the manual of the MyCertiQ trading portal.

After the release foreign GO's cannot be used for withdrawl requests. If to many Dutch GO's are issued, Dutch GO's must be used to withdrawl reguests must.
